The National Center for Government Resource Systems launched its comprehensive strategy (2022-2025), which is based on four key pillars: enhancing the government's efficiency and effectiveness in managing its resources, maximizing the benefits derived from the Center's resources, excelling in data availability and utilization to support decision-making, and achieving excellence in risk management. The strategy's mission is to innovate, develop, and manage government financial, human resource, and procurement systems with flexibility and reliability, adhering to best practices and global methodologies. It is guided by the values ​​of proactivity, innovation, and a beneficiary-centric approach, and includes four enabling factors: an effective institutional and infrastructural framework, empowered human capital, a flexible and efficient operating model, and diverse partnership models with the public and private sectors.
